I have added this to my .emacs file:
(setq load-path (cons "~/work/mylisp" load-path))
(setq load-path (cons "/usr/share/emacs21/site-lisp/emacs-goodies-el"
load-path))
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
;; Load .el files
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
(require 'emacs-goodies)
But I get the error:
File error: "Cannot open load file", "emacs-goodies"
So even though I have added the directory:
/usr/share/emacs21/site-lisp/emacs-goodies-el
To the load-path, its not found.
