Subject: can't paste into gmail
Date: Tue, 7 Feb 2006 01:49:09 -0500	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <fbf7c10b0602062249te8cf975m38b890178d482679@mail.gmail.com> (raw)

i'm using gentoo w/kde 3.4.3, and when i try to highlight+M-w/esc-w,
and then try to paste that text into a gmail message w/ ctrl-v, i get
text from the last thing i copied in any program other than emacs. is
there a way to paste straight into a gmail compose? or do i need to
start up another editor every time to get this functionality?

Any help greatly appreciated.
thanks
