Subject: tramp with socksify
Date: Thu, 02 Aug 2007 06:05:03 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <f8rkja$cjf$2@tamarack.fernuni-hagen.de> (raw)

Hi,

I wonder how I can use tramp together with socksify and telnet;
i.e. right I connect with:
/usr/bin/socksify telnet -l username ip-number port

Does anyone know, if and how I can use tramp to open my remote files?
Would be nice!

Regards!
Fabian
