1 - I'm using emacs with jdee and xrefactory to program a java program.
If i want to rename a method, how can i rename a method and all the
calls that are spread in several classes in emacs?

If the classes are in the same directory:
C-x d *.java ; dired
t ; dired-toggle-marks
Q \<oldMethod\> RET newMethod RET ; dired-do-query-replace-regexp
! ; replace 'em all!
Then save the modified buffers.
