Anyone have a source for new Win32 Emacs 22 binaries? ntemacs and
emacsw32 both seem to be out of date.

GNU Emacs 23.0.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600) and others are here:

Does this include the improvements which are in EmacsW32? It has such
features as file drag and drop, etc.

BTW I was planning to release a new version of EmacsW32+Emacs based on 
the CVS sources, but it does not seem to be the right time now.

I'm using 20.6.1 on Windows and it has file drag and drop.

That is, I can drag from the desktop or Windows Explorer into and emacs
frame.
