Yes, that setup is right. If you use nXhtml it does that for you.
Otherwise you can find the latest hfyfview.el and htmlfontify.el in
the nXhtml repository. (Or, at the moment it is not the latest
htmlfontify.el, I forgot to add that. Will add it.)
