How can I find a tag in a case sensitive way ?
I thought it would be trivial but I can't find the answer in the info
pages.

C-h v `tags-case-fold-search'
Apropos is your friend.
M-x apropos-variable tag case RET
If you use Icicles, then just:
C-h v tag M-SPC case

Ok, I saw this variable but thought that it applied only to the
'search tag' family (ie not the 'find tag' one).
