Where can i download a 64 bit compiled emacs or even better xemacs
solaris 8 package?

Emacs is fairly easy to compile for yourself. 

The question you have to ask yourself though, is whether you really
want to be using it for editing files that large. It's likely to be
slow, even if it can cope.
