For instance, you might do: (modify-syntax-entry ?^ "($") (modify-syntax-entry ?$ ")^") ...to make ^ and $ match each other (from EmacsWiki). How would I make the two character strings '#>' and '<#' match in the same way? The above doesn't work. Thanks!
