The size is still too big for my windows.

or if you are running emacs in X (i see you are in windows Tongjie Chen,
so i doubt this will work) add something like

(set-default-font
"-adobe-courier-medium-r-normal-*-*-140-*-*-*-*-iso8859-1")

to your .emacs file. i find this method the most intuitive as i like
being able to enter the font in this format.
