I need some explanation about the `cl` routines. For instance, since
Emacs 27.1, the functions `second` and `third` are obsolete, and `cl-second` and `cl-third` should be used instead.
Yet at times I get that `cl` routines are obsolete as well.

Use (require 'cl-lib) and then byte compile, it will tell you
there is no "second" for example if you use it.
