Package-buffer-info: Package lacks a file header

Hello,


I try to make a Melpa package for the first time. I follow the documentation https://orgmode.org/worg/org-tutorials/melpa-github.html

When I try to install my package using package-install-file recipes/belgian-holidays

I have this following message "package-buffer-info: Package lacks a file header".


I make a flycheck, It don't see error.


Do you have an idea ?

If you install this package, it will help you create the package
header correctly:
