Since upgrading emacs to v.20.7.1 and html-helper-mode to v 3.0.4jolly,
the time stamp doesn't update; i.e., the date and time are put between
"<!-- hhmts start -->" and "<!-- hhmts end -->", but the date and time
are not updated on subsequent saves, even if emacs is closed, then
reopened, then an old (existing) file is visited.

Anyone have this problem before... or know how to track down the
problem... or (most prefered) know what the fix is?

tia,
ken

The format of the timestamp delimiters changed. In the newer versions the
whole timestamp has to be on one line, unless you change it yourself. So
you could delete it and insert a new one with the menu or C-c C-z t.

In my .emacs I have set
 html-helper-timestamp-start "<!-- hhmts start -->\n"
 html-helper-timestamp-end "\n<!-- hhmts end -->"

I fixed it by putting in spaces, but I like your idea better.
