Have you read (info "(elisp) Menu Keymaps") and also its parent
node? Menubar entries are a kind of keymap.
But why are you trying to do this? It is significantly better to
prevent the addition in the first place rather than remove it
after it has been added.

I am working on a dynamic run-time based menubar.
