What did you expect to happen as result of this command? Please keep
in mind that an Emacs running on a GNU/Linux machine cannot open a
frame on a Windows machine, because the code to handle the Windows GUI
is not compiled into a GNU/Linux build. (The error message could use
some improvement, though...)
