Automatic suggestion of arguments for query-replace.

Does there exist an add-on that adds automatic suggestion of arguments
(based on word currently placed at cursor-position) to the functions
query-replace and query-replace-regxp.

How can I add this suggestion-functionality to
other functions like the ones found in the findr.el package?

For best use, see also the libraries it soft-requires (all at
http://www.emacswiki.org/elisp/index.html), in particular,
http://www.emacswiki.org/elisp/thingatpt+.el. Those libraries are not really
required by replace+.el (no error if not found), but they improve the
functionality.
