how can I open all the frames for the marked file in a dired list?
instead of visiting each one at the time.

If you load library dired-x, then `F' will open all marked files.
You might also be interested in dired+.el, which extends libraries dired and
dired-x is several ways: http://www.emacswiki.org/cgi-bin/wiki/DiredPlus.
