Several people dislike pressing ctrl in general, and have changed some key bindings so that capslock functions as ctrl and ctrl fxns as capslock. It is probably not possible to do within Emacs: if you press C-h k CAPSLOCK you do not get a key mapping (provided capslock is not mapped to some other modifier key) and - I think - this would be required for a mapping within Emacs (I might be wrong).
