Could be ... David Kastrup already answered that my eMail was kind of  
nonsense.

Actually I do not care so much on this item: I know since some months  
and I do avoid it and I'll try to continue to warn using it. From  
time to time I might explain that it might often set an 8 bit  
environment with an inappropriate encoding like ISO 8859-1 in the €  
zone!
