Hi all,

I have this function that comments out a selected region like so

;; -old-code-marker
;; ... old code
;;-test-code-marker

;;-end-test-code


So you select some "old code" to comment out this way, and the next time you
invoke the function, it asks you whether you want to keep the old code or
use the new code and makes it so.

It's fairly trivial, would anyone find this useful if I packaged it?  Does
anyone know of anything similar?
