config.status: src/config.h is unchanged
config.status: executing default commands
creating src/epaths.h
creating lib-src/Makefile
junk.c:5:27: error: ../src/config.h: No such file or directory
creating src/Makefile
junk.c:10:20: error: config.h: No such file or directory


How to fix it ?

Report it by selecting "Send Bug Report…" from the Help menu and  
update the Emacs version number in the subject line.

You could also run

	sh -x ./configure [options]

and try to find why these failures happen.
