Have used 

"\\`\\(\\s-*\\[\\-\\]\\s-*\\)\\(.*\\)"  for " [-] LABEL "

and

"\\(.*\\)\\(\\s-*\\[\\-\\]\\s-*\\)\\'"  for " LABEL [-] "
