On Windows Vista with emacsW32, it doesn't work. If i do describe-key, emacs reports i'm pressing keyboard insert =E2=80=9C (translated from ) runs the command=E2=80=9D doesn't matter if i have the num lock on or not. Any solutions? ----------------- Here's a bit more detail.
