Subject: saving windows/workspace
Date: Tue, 6 Jan 2009 07:42:16 -0800 (PST) [thread overview]
Message-ID: <91def3cf-e096-4f53-a814-0960a32b0608@p2g2000prf.googlegroups.com> (raw)
i have a setup that i use daily for rails development that involves
splitting up my frame into a bunch of windows, then loading each frame
with different buffers..
i would like to be able to save this whole layout so that i can open
it each day without having to rebuild it..
i have tried desktop-save, and this gets close, as it remembers all my
files and buffer.. but it doesn't do windows splits..
does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
thanks!
