does anybody else has also problems getting to the on-line emacs manual
for version 21.4? the manual link on the download web page for 21.4
(http://directory.fsf.org/emacs.html) points to version 22.0.50...

Sometimes distributions package the Emacs info file separately from Emacs so you have to go looking for it.
