Or escape "escape hell" and let "rx" write the regexp for you:
(rx "/*#" (group (or (any alpha) "_")
(or (any alnum) "_")) "#*/")
That evaluates to
"\\(?:/\\*#\\(\\(?:\\(?:[[:alpha:]]\\)\\|_\\)\\(?:\\(?:[[:alnum:]]\\)\\|_\\)\\)#\\*/\\)"
