In my case, the text include a lot of * for other using, So I hope the
* prefix for headline of org-mode could be instead of other charactor.

Would you like to send more details information, I look for emacs wiki
web site, and search around, but I still can not locate the solution
for you example.

It's in the "Specific Tasks" section on that page:
(add-hook 'org-mode-hook '(lambda () (setq outline-regexp "=+")))
I should add that I've not tried this myself.
