Hi, I need a function that return an url content.

If GET request to https://gnu.cat/text/rxy.txt return "Hi"

a func like:

  (defun wget-req (url)
   (...))

(wget-req "https://gnu.cat/text/rxy.txt") => "Hi"

pls help
