Yep, Emacs 29.1. with the builtin Tramp.

If you use the default port 22, don't say it. If you use another port,
use the number sign # like /ssh:<host>:<IP>#<PORT>:
If it is an IPv4 number, it is correct. If it is an IPv6 number, you
must embed it into square brackets like /ssh:<host>:[::1]#<PORT>:
