I'm looking at whether ELPA is a good fit for keeping my locally
installed packages up-to-date.

I've noticed that the latest entry in the News is dated
April 2009. Typically, there are multiple entries per month.
Is this an accident or has something stalled?

TIA,

        Maurizio
