Try to modularize the configuration of Emacs.

I'm currently trying to modularize my configuration of Emacs according
to the poplular doo-emacs's layout, say, for different languages, with
the following file tree structure:

~/.emacs.d/modules/lang/latex
~/.emacs.d/modules/lang/python
[...]

In my `~/.emacs.d/init.el', I want to load/apply the corresponding
language's configuration when I open the specific source file in
Emacs. How to achieve this purpose?

Compile, `push' the paths onto `load-path', then `load-file'
the .elc files.
