It's like "quack" for scheme. Quack invokes external scheme engine and
support several engines, you can one of what you use.
Javascript engine includes spidermonkey, tracemonkey, google v8 etc. I
prefer v8.

Not exactly what your after, but there is a firefox plugin called
mozlab, which provides a repl that allows you to interact with firefox
where you can evaluate javascript and query the DOM and lots of other
stuff. There is an emacs mode that comes with it which allows you to
interact with the repl from within emacs.
Just google for mozlab.
