Another thing that I don't understand are the ispell faces that are currently not set or set to something undesirable, maybe they slipped thru when I set all the faces to red, even. Because if they aren't here (accessible) now, why would they have been, then? Anyway in ispell.el there seems to be several faces, e.g. ispell-highlight-face on line 147.
