BTW how's Emacs drilling in Uganda, compared to the Vim team?

Maybe we should instead focus on South Sudan, Kenya, Tanzania,
Rwanda, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo? That way,
we'd encircled Vim, I mean Uganda?
