I suggest you set it to (- rainbow-delimiters-max-face-count 1) and
insert a bunch of parens: ((((((((((((((())))))))))))))) and see what
you get, then try with (- rainbow-delimiters-max-face-count 2).
This limits the rainbow faces used for cycing to the last 1, the last 2
faces, etc, for paren levels deeper than
`rainbow-delimiters-max-face-count'.
