Yes, 【Alt+s .】	isearch-forward-symbol-at-point.

Even better - it does mini-refactoring tool!

After "Alt+s ." type M-% and you will prompted to replace exactly symbol (with
implicit surrounding "\<...\>" regex) without need to type that word!!!

It is a win for Emacs 24.4!!
