With Perl, there is CPAN and PPM tools which helps to download the
modules directly to your path and you can get it running in no time.
ex..
c:\ppm
ppm>
ppm>search LWP
Bundle::LWP
LWP::Simple
ppm>install LWP::Simple
Installing LWP::Simple...
ppm>
Is there equivalent for .el files?
