Subject: [:alpha:] Does not work
Date: Fri, 31 Jan 2014 06:54:45 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <87k3dgd7bu.fsf@Equus.Decebal.nl> (raw)

I would aspect that when I have the following:
    (re-search-forward "[[:alpha:]]" nil t)
    0123456789ABCDE

That when I execute the search I would find the 0, but I find the A.
What is going wrong here? I am using:
    GNU Emacs 24.2.1 (x86_64-suse-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.6.4) of 2013-02-21 on build16
