Hello,
is there any way to use emacs to cycle through lint
warnings/info/errors the same way you use emacs with gdb output? To be
able to step through them with "next-error"?
I was wondering since igrep-find uses the same commands, next-error
etc. to go through its matches.

Of course, just use M-x compile RET lint file.c RET
Then you can move from an error error to the next with C-x `
