Yes, the file is called Makefile, you can type 'make' in the
same directory.
But ... if you you work on a file in an Emacs buffer an even
faster than doing that is just hitting for example C-c C-c or
some other keybinding for `compile'.
Then what happens next is also you get to a compilation buffer
with debug information. One shouldn't dwell on that because
too much debugging then better take a step back and rethink
things instead :)
