Hi

I've seen arch tags in the lisp files like the following

;;; arch-tag: 05f1ce09-be87-4c00-803e-4919ffa26c23

No I read in the Emacs wiki that arch was another version control
system. I thought that Emacs is under CVS control? In what way are
these tags used?
