Hello,

is there a command similar to "Info-emacs-goto-command-node" but for
Emacs Lisp functions? That is: a command to go to the Info node in the
Emacs or Emacs Lisp manual for a function.

Try `C-h S', which is usually bound to `info-lookup-symbol'.
