As mentioned in the docs, if you set up an extra server for nnmairix
(which isn't necessary, by some prefer it), please *always* set
'nnml-get-new-mail' to 'nil':

      (nnml "mairix" (nnml-get-new-mail nil))

Otherwise, the server might receive mail, and it will be lost when the
mairix search results are updated.
