Dear Sirs and Madams,
I have recently stepped into the wonderful world of linux and I am now
trying to learn to use emacs. I have also installed a lisp script (?)
called color-theme. However, everytime I fire up emacs it gives me the
following error:
Error in init file: Symbol's value as variable returns void: \213.
This is a part of my .emacs file :
(require 'color-theme)
What might be wrong?
Regards,
Viktor Godaly

It seems that your copy of color-theme.el is corrupted. When you
open the file, do you see lisp code, or just random bytes?
Alex.
