a. For rmail in emacs what might one do about the spam commercial
   messages that don't have any of the spamassassin additional
   headers marking them?...

b. For rmail in emacs how do you sort out your favorite correspondents
   from the hundreds of spam commercial messages once there are the
   additional headers from spamassassin?...

c. Why aren't there more end user frequently asked questions and answers?...
   at http://spamassassin.org

d. Why is that http://spamassassin.org color image resolution poor at
   the top of that link?...

Edit ~/.spamassassin/user_prefs and add patterns for these
messages.  See 'man Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf' for
details of what can be tweaked.
