Is there a source of recent emacs-snapshot deb-packages which will
work under Ubuntu Dapper?
Under Hoary (Dapper - 2) I used emacs-snapshot from Debian
unstable, and it seemed to be updated every 10-15 days, but this
won't work with Dapper (depends on tzdata which conflicts with
locale).
Dapper does have an "official" snapshot, but it is from January.
