Subject: Retrieval interval is not respected in Newsticker (Emacs 29.1)
Date: Sun, 20 Oct 2024 14:09:02 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <874j566hw1.fsf@RISEUP> (raw)
Hello!
Does any of you know why despite setting newsticker-retrieval-interval
to zero, the sentence (NEED UPDATE) occasionally appears on its own, on
the mod line? Other times it appears after I execute
newsticker-show-news. And other times again, it appears for half a
second after executing newsticker-show-news before disappearing?!
Anybody else witnessed this?
