Thank you, but that page doesn't say much of anything. I've tried
to install tei-emacs on emacs-w32 / winxp and on cvs-emacs gnu/linux.
It's the latter that I would actually like to accomplish tei-emacs
installation, but man, I cannot find documentation.
This is my point of departure:

but cannot get further than that.
