Hi folks,
Anyone here uses SLIME? I got a small question to ask, how to exit
SLIME?
Thank you.

just M-x slime-abort-connection to disconnect from your inferior-lisp
implementation , after that you can kill the slime-buffer and slime-typeout-buffer.

,----[ C-h f slime-quit-lisp RET ]
| slime-quit-lisp is an interactive compiled Lisp function in `slime.el'.
| (slime-quit-lisp &optional KEEP-BUFFERS)
|
| Quit lisp, kill the inferior process and associated buffers.

Gasp! You can't be serious! Quitting SLIME? What an absurd thought.
However, for some reason I cannot fathom, the SLIME developers have
actually provided a way to depart from the One True Way:
Hit comma, then type quit <return>.
But first, hit a question mark to learn about many much more
productive things to do with the comma. Happy sliming!

Thank you, Cor, Tassilo and Harald.
I didn't expect three different methods. All of them work.
