It is common and understandable that a thing or
two breaks with updates. Ironically... But you
can't make an omelet without cracking the eggs.

Do you get an error message and if so what
does it say?

... interesting. I'd say that amounts to
cross-posting, and if you de facto do it, might
as well use the forbidden method in all glory.
Cross-posting isn't always bad. Here, at least
I'd say it's OK. You can use the
Followup-To: header to narrow the ensuing
conversation, or just put both lists/groups
there as well :)
